There's finally a cycle route that also motivates children
... because there are lots of "animals" to discover along the way.
Along the route between the Opel Zoo in Kronberg and the Frankfurt Zoo, more than 46 stations attract visitors with special signs and original objects.
The witty animal references appeal especially to the younger ones. Who wouldn't want to cycle on to see what roaming zoo animal might cross their path next? Maybe at the designated tiger lawn, the elephant overtaking ban or the low subway at the giraffe diversion? You can learn a lot: about animals and landscapes in which they feel at home or about one or the other traffic sign.
