Your visit in times of Corona
From Wednesday, 6th of May, Frankfurt Zoo welcomes its visitors again – unfortunately, this does not word without some restrictions, the latter beeing in compliance with the currently applicable security requirements.

All Events at least until the end of the summer holidays had to be cancelled. This also applies for lectures, tours, „Mein Tag im Zoo“ and the Zoo-Jugendclub meetings.

You need to choose time slots. The slots booked are binding and can not be changed at any time. The number of visitors per time slot is limited.
The zoo is open every day.
The entrance fee is reduced to 5 € until June 14 th for all visitors. Children under 6 years are free.
IMPORTANT: a time slot has to be booked for children under 6 years with 0 €.
IMPORTANT: Annual ticket holders also need to book a time slot for 0 €.
IMPORTANT: Holders of a Frankfurt pass must also book a time Slot in the online shop. The reduced price of 0 € is valid until further notice.
There will be no ticket sale at the zoo cash desk.
Please note the currently valid regulations for contact to other people: families and household members or a maximum of two.
No rental of wheel chairs and handcarts.
IN THE ZOO
In the zoo, the same rules of distance and hygiene hold as in public areas.
There is an obligation of wearing filtering facepieces in the cash desk area and
in the bathrooms for people older than six years. It is your responsibility to bring
your own breathing protection. We recommend wearing it in the zoo.
Show feedings, events and tours do not take place.
The zooshop, snack and icecream stand are open. Food and drinks to go only.
The animal houses, pet zoo, playground and the picnic areas remain closed. Some areas remain restricted.

You reach the Frankfurt Zoo by underground line U6/U7 and tram line 14.
