Please note that we charge a processing fee of 2.20 euros for orders placed by e-mail. Order processing may take 2 to 3 weeks.
Vouchers do not expire and can be exchanged for day or annual tickets. Vouchers are not valid at the Zoo shop or zoo gastronomy.
