A visit of giraffe and okapi
Both belong to the giraffes, but one lives in the steppes and the other in the tropical rainforest. Through observation, the differences that exist due to the way of life are worked out.
The seal enclosure offers a good opportunity to observe seals and fur seals moving on land and in the water and to recognise the differences. The adaptation of the animals to a life under water is taught in a playful way.
Do you know the animals at the zoo?
On the occasion of the first class visits to the zoo, this exploratory walk serves to get to know foreign large animals. In the process, some visible phenomena on the animals are explained in connection with their way of life.
